Could this be swine flu ?

I have been feeling sick for a while now but it has gotten horrible. It started out about a week ago i was starting to feel less energized and now i have absolutely no energy , i have a huge headache , i am incapable of getting out of bed without nearly falling down. i feel like i have been hit by a city bus and it hurts my muscles to move , ive been laying in bed since 6:00 pm yesterday and i think ive slept about 95 percent of the time because i have no energy to do anything else , i have a mild case of the sniffles and extra strength advil isn't even helping with my headache i am not in any shape to leave the house. i don't have a fever yet and i haven't thrown up but i do feel very nauseous and dizzy. Could this be swine flu?
