Is it constitutional for Hilary to occupy position for which she has voted to increase salary?

Constitution states that whoever votes for salary increase can't occupy that position in senate. And now, they want to reduce her salary. Do you think it is the anarchy at its finest, and government completely disrespects and ignores constitution by sleezing around it?
