I need some great books to read please please help?

hey this is cindy i need some really great books to read and really appreciate ur help i love love stories with suspense and a little action i don't love action books but don't seem to mind a little action that much......i love the twilight series and want something like that but it dosent have to be bout vampires and would like a short description of the book if possible thanks!!!
