Guinea pig or rabbi as a pet?

Okay, so about 20 days ago, my pet guinea pig died and I might be interested in another pet. In general which one is a better pet? Do rabbits show signs that they love their owners like guinea pigs? Are rabbits as sweet and affectionate as guinea pigs? My guinea pig used to like to cuddle with my while I watched t.v. I've been reading some things that say rabbits don't like to do this? if i got a rabbit as a young baby would it eventually like cuddling while watching t.v?
