Movie suggestions...?

Not a movie in theaters but a movie that's already out. I want it to be scary but appropriate. Any ideas? I've seen Pet Semetary. I've never seen that Chucky doll movie but I'm not sure if i want to see it... but if you think I should, tell me. But any ideas? Horror but not gory and inappropriate... like, what's your favorite horror movie?
