Can I play Playstation 3 games on my Dreamcast?

Yeah I just got my new Dreamcast and than I was like hmmmm... Let's buy some gamez.. know what I mean So I wanted GTA 4 or sumthin I mean that doesn't really matter but I just want a game that looks good so basically that's why I'm asking this.
