Does anyone know if the new Silent Hill game will be the same as the ps1 version?

i know its supposed to be just a remastered version, but will there be any plot parts missing in the new one that were in the ps1 game or if theyll add some extra twists into the new one? i know its not out and no one might know, but if someone does i'd like to satisfy my curiosity
