Shopping - Do you like to haggle when you buy something?

It can be fun when in Europe or travelling to other countries on vacations many of those countries expect you to haggle and get the price down. and bidding wars begin and you decide whats fair or be prepared to walk away if they don't meet your request. or you can barder more with them. In retail shops here definately not. you see the price tag thats the price. However i have seen foreigners trying to do this and the clerk is startled heheh. certain places you can do this others places you cannot.
