What did Jesus SACRIFICE?

Actually if the Bible is true ... he has suffered, yes, but nothing compared to the horrific torture, that he places on the shoulders of his enemies for all eternity. So it would have required him to spend an eternity under the same conditions, as the lost will find themselves, to have paid the "full penalty" for all. And remember it was God that created this hell in the first place. It makes no sense to create hell and then come to redeem us from his own works. I would gladly take his place upon the cross, to avoid the endless flames of hell. Its like putting a sinkhole in my child's play area, and then coming back to save her, after she is head deep in the sand. This all just makes absolutely no sense to me.
